WEEKEND

For social workers & therapists looking for the space to create a business that supports their life.

November 6-8

Atlanta, GA

One Weekend.

Leave With A Brand, A Voice &

A Way To Get Paid.

You're not crazy for wanting something different.

You are good at what you do. Your clients love you. Your caseload is full. People come to you for advice. They want to know how you do it so well. But you know that "this" is not enough. In fact, you are tired of doing it this way, but you don't know where to go to figure out what's next.

You already have the knowledge. What you don't have is income you can depend on and a life that you love.

That's the whole point of the weekend. Three days to take what you already know and develop it into something you know will earn you income. Whether you want a brand people can recognize, words that bring the right kinds of clients and projects your way, or a clear path to that first "new" dollar, you choose the experience that's right for you.

BRAVE Weekend Shows You How

To Get It.

3 Days , 3 Opportunities....

There's nothing like being in a room with people who think the way you do. Across three days, each day a different focus, you choose what fits where you are. And whatever you choose, you won't be building it alone.

01

Your Brand

Turn what you already know and who you are into a brand that's unmistakably yours.

02

Your Voice

Find the words for what you do so the right people recognize themselves in it and reach out.

03

Your Pathway

Build a clear path from first hello to paying client, so you always know what to offer next.

About Us

Melissa Ifill and Anim Aweh are two Licensed Clinical Social Workers who got tired of watching brilliant helping professionals give their gifts away for far less than they're worth.

Melissa, founder of Reflecting Joy, has spent more than twenty years in the field. She is passionate about helping social workers and therapists see their value and understand that it's not always what you know that stops you, but what you believe about yourself.

Anim, founder of Aweh Support Consulting, has been featured twice in the New York Times and recognized nationally for her work on trauma-informed leadership and pay transparency, teaching helping

professionals a truth the field rarely says out loud, that their skills are worth real money and there's more than one way to earn it.

Together they cover your whole path to using your skills to get paid. Melissa helps you understand your value. Anim helps you get paid. For three days in Atlanta, they're putting both halves in one room..

What others are saying

I love that this space was created to let us know what is possible.  Very eye opening!

J. Peebles

These workshops are wonderful in helping me think more out of the box about the work that we do. Both facilitators were amazing and insightful.

Shenelle J.

I’m leaving feeling much more confident and like I have a plan in place and actionable steps toward consulting.

Frequently Asked Questions

I don't have a business, is this for me?

Great! Then VIP or General are the best places for you. VIP will go more in depth with the language, and the specific industries you can transfer into. General will get you to start thinking about what is possible and give you your next step.

Will I really leave with something, or just inspiration?

You'll leave with real things: the words for your work, an understanding of your brand, headshots, and for some of you, a client pathway mapped out. And you'll leave knowing people who stay in your corner long after Sunday.

What's the difference between the three days?

Choose based on the depth of where you are. VVIP is great if you have a product or service and you want to work on or revamp your launch. VIP is good if you have an idea, but it's not too clear or you are sure you want to pivot sooner than later. Sunday (General Admission) is for the person who is thinking about something different, but in the early stages.

Do I have to come all three days?

No. VVIP has access to all 3 days. VIP has access to 2 days and GA has access to Sunday alone.

What if I register and can't make it?

Seats are limited, so we don't offer refunds, but your seat can be transferred to another person with our approval. Reach out and we'll help you sort it.

I'm traveling from out of town. Where should I stay?

The Reverb Hotel is closest to our venue for Sunday. All details will be provided in your confirmation.
